A San Francisco professional, Kathryn Krischer brings more than 16 years of client service experience to her current role as executive recruiter with Kain Colasanto. Since joining the boutique executive recruiting firm in 2018, she has assisted clients in finding highly qualified candidates, defining roles and compensation levels, and streamlining the interview and negotiation process. Kathryn Krischer relies on her network of professional contacts in the Bay Area to connect talented professionals with fast-growing companies such as Uber, KPMG, and multiple technology start-ups. Previously, Mrs. Krischer spent 7 years as an account director with Goodby, Silverstein and Partners, where her efforts included the launch of a rebranding campaign for Sprint called "The Now Network", which repositioned the company as a technology leader. She also headed the National Audubon’s Society first social media campaign, increasing traffic to the organization’s Facebook page by 950 percent. Mrs. Krischer holds a bachelor of science in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and photography.
